# GPO Liquidity Strategy

### **Total Supply & Initial Liquidity**

* **Minted Supply**: 100 million GPO tokens are minted on Day 1.
* **Liquidity Pool Deployment**: All tokens are deposited into a GPO/USDC Uniswap V4 liquidity pool at a price of $1, with 0.00% Uniswap LP fees.
* **Permanent Locking**: This liquidity is locked forever inside an ownerless, immutable, non-upgradable Uniswap V4 hook contract which cannot be access by anyone including the GoldPesa team.

### **Fair Launch Model**

* **Minimal Slippage for Large Trades**: The deeply concentrated liquidity in Uniswap V4 allows for substantial buy orders ($100k, $500k, $1M, $5M, $10M+) with minimal slippage.
* **No Need for Matching Capital**: In a traditional setup (e.g., Uniswap V2), a $100M USDC balance would be required to maintain such deep liquidity. Through Uniswap V4’s design, GoldPesa achieves this without needing any USDC of its own.
* **Exclusive Liquidity Provision**: Uniswap V4 hooks restrict liquidity provision to the primary position, eliminating external manipulations or third-party LPs altering the price curve.

### **Price & Supply Dynamics**

* **Immutable Token Supply**: No additional GPO tokens can ever be minted, and no tokens exist outside the liquidity pool on Day 1.
* **100% USDC Retention in the Pool**: Every USDC spent buying GPO remains in the pool, maintaining a robust liquidity base for future trades.

### **10% Swap Fee Mechanism**

* **Built-In Fee**: A 10% fee on swaps is implemented in the Uniswap V4 contract.

* **Ownerless and Immutable**: The hook contract is neither upgradeable nor owned by any party, guaranteeing that no human intervention can manipulate or remove liquidity.
* **Guaranteed Market Depth**: Sellers can exit their positions at a decent price point, knowing there is sufficient liquidity to match large sell orders.
