# Upgradeable

GoldPesa contracts are **permanently immutable**, meaning:

* **No upgrades, no modifications, and no governance changes.**
* **The system is fully autonomous and runs as originally coded.**

Unlike projects that leave backdoors for future changes, GoldPesa’s **immutability protects users** from unexpected rule changes, exploits or "upgrades".
